Mental Skills & Life Coaching

Newton's First Law states that an object will remain in motion unless acted upon by an external force .

Life becomes easy when you have momentum. The secrete is finding out how to get it.

Adopting this philosophy, we need to eliminate all external negative thoughts, therefore providing ourselves with a positive pathway so that we can stay in motion. Then like a snowball our mind will Always Gain information and knowledge, growing and improving with the motion increasing in speed and not being stopped by external forces

If you find your passion and purpose then you will find whatever it is that pulls you towards it rather than you having to push yourself towards it.  This makes the process much easier.

This comes about through internal representations:

  • How you speak to yourself

  • How you act

  • How you behave

  • How you handle negative thoughts

  • How you think

  • How you see things

  • How you see yourself

"Some say fate is beyond our command, but I know better. Our destiny is within us. You just have to be brave enough to see it."

(Brave, 2012)

A positive state of mind means a happier more complete you, allowing you to view things in your life differently, problems as opportunities, failures as outcomes and thus focus better on improving other aspects of your life, be it socially, in the work place, or at home which in turn will help how you get on with people and solidify relationships, socially, romantically and professionally.
