REFUND POLICY
Payment is final apart from the following circumstances, refunds will be processed if:
You cancel / withdraw within 24 hours of registration
(Full refund minus - 10% administrative fee)
You cancel / withdraw 30 days before the event
(50% refund)
You cancel due to injury & provide medical evidence
(Full refund minus - 10% administrative fee)
You cancel due to illness / sickness provide medical evidence
(Full refund minus - 10% administrative fee)
EVERY OTHER PAYMENT IS FINAL AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
