Foundation retainer: 1 live coaching session per week with foundational technique focus. Booking selects your first session time. Payment covers the 4-week minimum ($150/week). Remaining sessions are scheduled within the program. Tracks: Engine Room, Contact Lab, Hands & Timing, or Boot Room.
