🟥 ABOUT THE CAMP: Introducing the development weekends, the ultimate training ground for aspiring athletes. Our camp is dedicated to honing skills, enhancing decision-making abilities, and mastering game management at the next level. With expert coaching, cutting-edge training methods, and a focus on individual development, our camp offers the best way to learn and excel in rugby. These camps will give you the tools needed to attend the performance camps & tours. 🔴 CAMP DETAILS ▪️Who: High School Girls ▪️Ages: 14-18 ▪️Where: Life University 🔴 TRANSPORT ▪️Fly into ATL Friday evening ▪️Picked up from airport ▪️Dropped off at airport ▪️Fly out after 2pm Sunday 🔴 ACCOMMODATION & MEALS ▪️Hotel: Drury Inn & Suites Atlanta Marietta ▪️Meals: All meals & food provided 🔴 WHAT TO BRING ▪️Kit: Each player will receive the following: TRA Training Jersey TRA Hoodie TRA T shirt ✅ Contact / Training Shells Available for purchase After that players can bring whatever is required 🔴 EXTRAS ▪️Every session filmed and available after camps for review ▪️Social media exposure ▪️Training / Camp Photos ⬛️ TYPICAL CAMP SCHEDULE ◼️ Saturday 6:30am - Breakfast 8am - 9am: Weight room 9am - 11am: Skill development 11am - 1pm: Lunch 1pm - 2pm: Tactical sessions 2pm - 4pm: High speed game sense training 5pm - Dinner 7pm - 1:1s 9pm - Bed ◼️ Sunday 9am - 11am: Skill development 2pm - Airport drop off 🔴 STAFF Coaches: 1:15 Coaching ration Manager: For participants needs Medical: On site Social media: On site
