Our process is a simple one. It doesn't need to be complicated. We will develop you at our camps and clinics. Place you in environments to compete and the level that will help you grow and provide you with experiences where you can perform.

I could not be the professional athlete I am today without the impact of Ryszard. As much as he helped improved my game, the most important thing he ever did was showcase his belief in me as player. He didn’t just think I could be a great rugby player, he pushed me to think even bigger. He told me that he was confident that I “had the ability and potential to change the game of rugby”. That statement has inspired me, pushed me, and empowered me on every single day on my journey to become an Olympian. Ryszard Chadwick is an incredible coach, with a unique ability to recognize and develop talent, and ultimately instill lifelong confidence in his players.

Personally, Ryszard Chadwick is more than a coach. He is a mentor and a role model to me. I worked very closely with him as part of a leadership team. I had the opportunity to see first-hand the unique abilities that he has to offer. I have evolved not only as a rugby player, but as a human through working with Ryszard. Although my 10 years of rugby experience has been filled with team success, I was always the same player and offered the same skill sets as I had in years past. In just 6 months of working with Ryszard, I have uncovered skills and talents that I never knew existed. My game play and field vision has completely changed and I now see the potential that I truly have. With his help and support, I finally have the opportunity to advance into the National Team and train with the USA Olympic team. In just 6 months, I am now being considered at the very highest level of rugby in the United States of America.

When I started playing with The Rugby Advantage I was very inexperienced. I was always thinking about me being perfect but training under The Rugby Advantage taught me instead of getting frustrated because I keep making mistakes, that I should learn from it. It also taught me that instead of focusing on how I play I need to focus on the entire team’s play and how we can be a better team. The development that I have experienced playing with The Rugby Advantage is indescribable. The Rugby Advantage develops players physically and mentally because both are just as essential. Winning is obviously fun and important but The Rugby Advantage is more about the quality of play, learning the game and gaining experience. I would recommend The Rugby Advantage for anyone willing to learn and grow mentally and physically.

The Rugby Aadvantage has been the turning point of my rugby career. It has given me the opportunity to develop my skills and then refine them during many elite tournaments. This program has also blessed me with friendships with amazing people I would not have been fortunate to have met otherwise.
My favorite quality of the TRA is the welcome you receive as a player, you don’t have to be a perfect rugby star you just have to show up ready to put in the work and the tools to reach your goals are given to you. I am forever thankful to have grown into a better person and player due to this incredible program.
